  • 17.05.99 The Board of Directors of OAO "Kaluzhanka" informs that the shareholders out-of-time assembly about an additional emission of shares with the aim of their selling to Kaluga region Administration and Kaluga Administration on account of arrears to appropriate budgets appointed again on 17.05.99 did not take place, because representatives of the two main shareholders: American Companies MGL Corporation (31% of shares) and Poly-Rayon Corporation (45% of shares) had not come there.
